Phoenix Leadership Principles, LLC, is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of leadership development and  consulting services. Attending training sessions off-site is a great way to fully absorb the materials outside your everyday environment in neutral space.  We organize off-site events in corporate training rooms in Tarrytown and Irvington, New York.  Group sizes are kept to less than 30 for optimum value for attendees. 

The on-site option is available for smaller groups who who also would rather not travel or mix with others outside their organization. Group size is typically 10-15. Trainees in small groups foster environments in which members can connect, learn from from one another's experiences, develop.  Smaller groups can build member confidence,  share thoughts, ask questions, making a more at-ease training experience.

This option is available for those who prefer an intense, session either on-site in your conference room/office off-site. 

One of the major benefits of one-on-one training with PLP, LLC is the individual focus on one client at a time.  Learners receive personal attention, less stress and improved communication leading to a very high-quality interaction for the duration of the training.

PLP, LLC uses Zoom to present training materials and deliver value to participants in an online platform. This is effective for those unable to travel or in inclement weather conditions.
